What you need to apply!
To apply for the Quota Scholarship you will need the following:
- Two references
- A Personal Statement outlining your reasons for choosing the proposed course of study, academic background and or work/life experience and community involvement.
- Evidence of financial need
- An essay of how Quota International helps disadvantaged women and children and hearing and speech impaired individuals (no more than 500 words).
What else should I know?
You must be a school leaver enrolling to study full time at a New Zealand Tertiary Institution. This includes University, Technical College and other post secondary school education facilities.

Quota NZ Educational Scholarship 2022
Lyn McKenzie, Secretary Quota New Zealand Educational Scholarship with Elle Lauri of Mount Albert Grammar. Elle is recipient of Quota NZ Educational Scholarship sponsored by Dame Wendy Pye. She will be studying Veterinary Science at Massey University, Palmerston North, and is the first in her family to go to university. Her love of animals made her choice of veterinary science an easy decision.
