Gaelene Falconer, Waikato Tutor for Look Good Feel Better was overwhelmed with the donation, 'I am absolutely blown away that Quota has chosen us as recipients for their district project! With all the disasters we have had over the last few months and the focus of donations towards Christchurch this is a much appreciated donation and will help us so much with our programe in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty area." Look Good Feel Better aims to put a smile on the face of every woman with cancer. They are there with support, guidance and free makeover workshops at a difficult time in women's lives when they need it most. Look Good Feel Better understand that the way a woman looks on the outside can have a powerful influence on how she feels on the inside. With makeup, skincare, skills and a positive attitude, the workshops help transform the look and the outlook of over 3000 New Zealand women with cancer every year. |
