A Scholarship for tertiary study to the value of $1500 is available in 2010 to a disadvantaged woman, resident in Rotorua, who is planning to undertake full time study.  Applicants may have a physical or social disability and/or have limited or no income.

Applications close on 15 November 2009.

Mahjong Tournament.


The masked Happy Hour at the Mahjong tournament which was held Saturday/Sunday 22/23 August was a huge success. All masks represent a mahjong hand. They were most innovative. Sparrow’s Sanctuary below was the winning mask. (click to enlarge)

Meeting details –   
Business meetings are held at Otonga Road Primary School at 5.15p.m.on the second Tuesday of each month.
Dinner meetings are held at the CT Club, Moncur Drive at 5.30p.m.on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Club Projects  –    
Annual Fundraiser – a mahjong tournament is held in August each year.     Other fundraisers include – theatre nights, fashion shows

Preparing lunch - Annette Marsden, Barbara Cumming and Heather Newport help out with lunch for the Spring Fling fundraiser
