Opotiki members Helen and Libby help at their successful 'Women's Wellness Day'

Women’s Wellness Day – a community service project

Women of all ages enjoyed an interesting Women’s Wellness day organised by Quota International of Opotiki. A wide variety of speakers and displays provided information on subjects such as heart disease, bone density, cancer – particularly skin, ovarian and breast cancer and types of screening available, incontinence, physiotherapy, naturopathic healing, hearing loss, forming trusts and making a will.
The Quota members all took part and provided home baking for lunch and afternoon tea.

The Motu Challenge is a chance for Quota members to prove their culinary skills with gourmet hamburgers being sold to competitors and supporters at this annual Australasian multi –sport event.
