Whakatane Quota Members Mary Morgan, Betty Berghan and Margaret Crawshaw showed their support for HOSPICE by planting a native tree for Quota at the annual Plant a Tree for Hospice on the Ohope beach reserve.

The tree planting is an annual event which helps DOC (Dept of Conservation) in planting native trees on the reserve and funds raised go to the local Bay of Plenty Hospice organisation.

It was a beautiful spring day for planting.
